Online Self-Guided Reflexology Sessions

You will connect with me over a live video call, and I will guide you from home.

Virtual reflexology means you will connect with me over a live video call on Zoom. I will teach you how to apply targeted self massage and pressure techniques to your own hands, feet, or face.

You stay in your own home. I guide you in plain language. You work on your own hands, feet, or face while I watch and help you adjust.

How Virtual Reflexology Works

Initial Consultation

I review your health history, stress levels, and specific pain points or goals.

Live Guidance

Using clear live video, I watch your hand placement and pressure angles in real time to ensure you are hitting the exact reflex points.

Self Care Techniques

You perform the physical touch, rolling, or pressing on yourself while receiving immediate feedback and instruction.

A guided hand session

In a guided hand reflexology session you will follow my guidance and you will work your own lymphatic system reflexes on your hands. We go slowly. You can stop and ask questions at any time.

Sessions can focus on hands, feet, or face. We choose what fits your body and your goals for that day.

  • People recovering after surgery who have medical clearance from their doctor
  • People who feel stressed or tired and want help to rest

What you need

  • A quiet and comfortable place to sit
  • A phone, tablet, or computer with Zoom
  • Clean hands and a small towel
  • Water to drink after the session

I am a licensed and certified reflexologist. I volunteer at Orion in Seattle in a program for clients under medical treatment. I also offer in-person reflexology by appointment in Seattle, with online appointments available.
